Potato Chip Crusted Chicken Fingers

1 lb.
Chicken tenderloins
1/2 cup
Milk
1/2 cup
Game Day Gourmet Creamy French Onion Party Dip
1 bag
Ridged potato chips, 10 oz.

If tenderloins are very thick, cut in half. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and Creamy French Onion Party Dip. Add chicken tenderloins and let soak for at least 30 minutes. Open bag and crush potato chips into very small pieces. Pour about 1/4 of chips into shallow pan or bowl. Remove tenderloins from Creamy French Onion Party Dip mixture and coat with crushed potato chips. Replace chips as needed since they will soak up wet mixture. Place on foil lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Put in 375 degrees F oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and crispy.
