Tortilla wraps |

Smoked turkey, sliced |

Bacon, cooked |

Red onion, thinly sliced |
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and Hoppin’ Jalapeno Party Dip. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese mixture on the tortilla wraps. Add thin layers of smoked turkey slices towards one end of the wrap. Top turkey with crisp bacon and red onion. Fold over both sides of the wrap. Then roll into a log shape. Cut and serve.
Spicy Crab Game Day Dip

Monterey Jack cheese, grated |

Goat cheese |

Asiago cheese, grated |

Mayonnaise |

Garlic, minced |

Red onion, minced |

Juice of 1/2 lemon |

Parmesan cheese, grated |

French bread |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crabmeat, Hoppin’ Jalapeno Party Dip, cheeses, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, lemon juice and pepper. Place mixture into an ovenproof dish that will work for serving. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place in oven. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Great serve with toasted French bread slices!

Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Small rolls or buns
|
Heat vegetable oil in a small frying pan. Saute onions until browned and caramelized. Set aside. Season ground buffalo with salt and pepper. Form into 1 inch balls, then press to form 1/4 inch thick patties. Grill patties on each side for 6-7 minutes or until desired doneness. Before removing from grill, top with 1 teaspoon of Hoppin' Jalapeno Party Dip, some caramelized onions and a mound of cheese. Once cheese is melted, remove from grill and place onto small rolls or buns.
Creamy Fire Roasted Corn Salad

Keep corn in husks and soak in water for at least 20 minutes. Drain. Grill corn on a hot grill for 20-25 minutes. Remove husks and silk, then slice corn kernels off with knife. In a large mixing bowl, mix together corn kernels, diced peppers, onion and Hoppin' Jalapeno Party Dip. Then season with salt and pepper.
