Mix above ingredients together. Serve in bowl with crackers. Garnish with whole pecans (optional).
Dunk ‘Em Dried Beef & Horseradish Cheese Ball

Blend Blossomin’ Onion Party Dip, sour cream, cream cheese, onion and dried beef. Add cheddar cheese and form into a ball. Crush pecans and sprinkle on outside of cheese ball (optional). Garnish with olives and parsley (optional) and serve.
Rockin’ The House Reuben Sandwich

Preheat a large skillet or griddle on medium heat. Lightly butter one side of the bread slices. Spread non-buttered sides with Blossomin’ Onion Party Dip. On 4 bread slices, layer 1 slice Swiss cheese, 2 slices corned beef, 1/4 cup sauerkraut and second slice of Swiss cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered sides out. Grill sandwiches until both sides are golden brown, about 15 minutes per side.

Bake potatoes in a 400 degrees F oven for 35-40 minutes until fork tender. Remove potatoes from oven, allow to cool and then slice in half. Core out center with spoon leaving about 1/4 inch of potato on sides. Spread a teaspoon of Blossomin' Onion Party Dip inside each potato. Top with cheese, green onion and bacon. Place back in oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese and then serve. For an interesting twist, add some grilled steak on top.

Pie crusts, refrigerated, 15 oz.

In a frying pan, brown the ground sausage. Drain any excess fat. Mix in the Blossomin' Onion Party Dip and cheese and cook until melted and well combined. Remove from heat to cool slightly. Rool out dough and cut into 3 inch circles with knife. Place a spoonful of sausage mixture into middle of each circle of pie crust. Fold pie crust in half to form half circle. Seal edges with a fork. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy brown.
